A return can be requested within 14 days. Read the full return conditions before ordering. On an accepted return, METRO sends you the return shipping label — you are not asked to pay freight to send the scooter back. For a question before or after a purchase, contact METRO support.

Choose City for short trips and a scooter you can carry and store between rides. Its focus is portability rather than suspension or extended range.

Know the limits

City has no suspension. The maximum rider weight is 220 lb. Consider another model if you need speeds above 20 mph or more than 18 miles of listed range.

Performance in everyday use

Speed and range are manufacturer maximums rather than guarantees. Actual performance depends on rider weight and riding speed. Terrain and weather also affect results. Tire pressure and battery condition matter too.
