Shipping and returns

Free UPS Ground shipping, with a published estimate of 3 to 5 business days. Shipping on City Pro is free at checkout with no order minimum. The scooter ships in a 35 lb box including packaging; that is the shipment weight, not the 29 lb carry weight of the scooter.

A return can be requested within 14 days. Read the full return conditions before ordering. On an accepted return, METRO sends you the return shipping label — you are not asked to pay freight to send a 35 lb box back. For a question before or after a purchase, contact METRO support.

Choose City Pro for more listed range than City in a scooter you can carry and store between rides. Its focus is portability with room for longer journeys.

Know the limits

City Pro has no suspension. The maximum rider weight is 220 lb. Consider another model if you need speeds above 20 mph or more than 25 miles of listed range with the included battery.

Performance in everyday use

Speed and range are manufacturer maximums rather than guarantees. Actual performance depends on rider weight and riding speed. Terrain and weather also affect results. Tire pressure and battery condition matter too.

City Pro is $699 with a manufacturer-listed scooter weight of 29 lb. Its 35 lb boxed shipment weight includes packaging; it is not the carry weight of the scooter.
