How much do they weigh?
City is listed at 27 lb. City Pro is listed at 29 lb. City is the lighter option by 2 lb.
How fast and how far do they go?
Both models are listed up to 20 mph. City has a listed range of up to 18 miles; City Pro has a listed range of up to 25 miles with its included battery. Actual speed and range vary with rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire condition, riding mode, and stop-and-go use.
What are the charging figures?
City is listed at about 1 hour from 10% to 75%. City Pro is listed at about 1.3 hours from 10% to 75%.
Which model is easier to carry?
Choose City when the lowest carry weight matters most. Choose City Pro when more listed range between charges matters more than the extra 2 lb.
Is the battery removable?
City Pro is listed with a removable battery format. The City product page does not present removability as a feature.
Does Metro currently advertise phone or app control?
No. Metro is not currently presenting app control, GPS tracking, remote locking, speed control, anti-theft alerts, or live battery health as verified purchasing benefits. Compare the scooters using the documented physical specifications above.
What safety certifications are claimed?
Metro is not publishing a model-specific certification claim unless current documentation is available for that exact model. Contact support if you need documentation for a building, employer, insurer, or local rule before ordering.
What is the return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving the item. Eligibility requires the item to be in the same condition received, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
